Court of Common Pleas Judge
The Job
Philadelphia voters will elect seven Judges to fill vacancies on The Courts of Common Pleas. The Court of Common Pleas Philadelphia's state trial court, and they handle both civil and criminal matters. They are generally situated one per county, but some counties share a court; there are 60 in all throughout the Commonwealth. Court of Common Pleas judges are elected to ten-year terms.
Voters will choose seven.
