Results of the Philadelphia Municipal Primary Election on May 21, 1991

The official election turnout was 49.3%, with 456,853 voters participating out of 926,023 registered voters. Democrats had a 49.2% turnout, with 320,442 voters participating in their primary; Republicans had a 53.4% turnout, with 134,003 voters participating in their primary.
